Participation in the INSET Project, an ERASMUS+ initiative focused on training companies and stakeholders in industrial symbiosis concepts through a disruptive, digital, and pragmatic approach to awareness and education. The project involves six organizations from France, Spain, Slovenia, Lithuania, and Italy, all sharing the strategy of:
- Define a skills map for industrial symbiosis.
- Develop a digital training kit designed for companies, innovation agents, and professional trainers.
- Create an open-access Industrial Symbiosis Observatory to raise awareness about regulatory frameworks and training courses.
- Present a policy report to engage public stakeholders and remove barriers to industrial symbiosis.
INSET has a transformative character due to its approach, the partners involved, and the project’s need to address the current environmental crisis and its impact. It not only supports companies but also helps build a workforce capable of innovating, being creative, and cooperating in a globalized world. The target audience includes not only companies but also vocational education and training providers, public authorities, and stakeholders interested in promoting the importance of learning and raising awareness.
